being a stay at home mom, i am always moving (cleaning,runnning after kids, etc.) so i am not one to sit around. I have a 3 year old son and 9 month old daughter! My starting weight is 187, my goal weight is 150.

day 1: i started my fastin pills and they made me lightheaded and I wasn't happy about that LOL:)

day 2: The pills didn't make me lightheaded just gave me a big burst of energy! i went to Pilates tonight i forgot how tuff that class is, it's been about 18 months sense i last went to a class.

Hey there. I have been the diet pill route. Mine now are over the counter. Most are mostly safe but just keep a check on getting light headed. They could be running up your blood pressure......

I hope the forum will encourage you to other alternatives after you're done with the pills.

Thanks! I am only going to try the pills for no longer than 3 months! I joined a gym and go to classes and work out! I have to go back every 30 days to the doctor to test me blood pressure and weight! I didn't get dizzy from the pills today so that was nice!!
 
2nd week

it's been two weeks, the pills don't seem to bother me much, every once in a while i know when there kicking in LOL:) I have gone to work out about 3 times a week, i have taken a ABS class called absolution, it's 1/2 hour work out just for your abs, and i've gone to pilates and yoga. I only went 2 last week due to the holidays and i did paint my son's room , we did 3 coats, so i got quite the work out, plus moving furniture now my back is a little sore LOL:) i don't know how much i've lost, at this point, but i feel lighter LOL:) I'll go to the doctors in a few weeks and see then!:)

Far as food i'm eating less (thanks to the pills ) and i'm not craving sweets like normal.
 
sounds like you've got quite a load on your hands with such young kids lol :D
