nother newb.nother newb q&a

alright i have some sort of body figure (like a body builder figure) but thats just because thats my family gene.now im nowhere close to being physicly built or toned or ect.

at first i wanted to loose weight and get cut but now im thinking i rather be big and even if im not cut still have broad shoulders some sort of muscle def on my arms and a strong stomach.

now im asking u guys for help what do u recomend me to do in the gym

im really a newb when it comes to weights and whats what so if u guys know a link that shows the machine and how to work it then awsome.

16 years old
bout 5"10"
160 ish pounds.
i can post before pics but not now.


also im not big intro diet so that will unmotivate me.but right now im nto eating to good but i can cut out the things messing me up.less candy ect.but i cant go out on a all white eggs this type of bread this type of milk ect.i cant change ym eating habits because it alot more difficult for my mom to cook a specific thing for me while everyone gets something else.

so tkae ur time with this thread and when u can help me out.

here are some links that may help u out

on nutrition everyone will tell u to eat 6 small meals through out the day

if u cant then try to eat as clean as possible meaning no soda no fries candy etc. if u think its bad for u dont eat it.

try to get in as much protein as u can
u might want to figure out how much calories u need to take in
add 500 caloies to gain weight or subtract 500 to lose weight

there are alot of similar questions in these forums im sure u can piece together a rough understanding if u keep reading the threads
 
thanks ill look into those sites i just dont know where to start.and as far as eating i can eat six meals a day but what do i eat in the midlle? i got to school in a few weeks and they sell burgers subs ect there.i cant pack a lunch.and i cant eat every hour.what do u recomend?

i found this workout routine but its a bit confusing for the untrained eye.is this a good one that will reduce my boobs and harden up my body.
also can u tell me how many reps in each set and the resting.

and one more q.
how do i calculate how much i should be lifting.i can do 135 bu that prob straining me.

im also thinking of doing prob 15 min of running or a mile.not sure.thanks
