Not that hungry ;/

I've been eating about 4 small meals a day equaling 1500 calories.

But some days, like today, when I reach around 1,000 (around 6 o' clock) I'm not that hungry to eat again but usually I do anyway to keep up the routine.
Is that good or bad? It's not like I'm totally not hungry, but I'm not totally hungry ethier. And I'm afraid if I wait to be hungry at like 9:00 I'll be eating right before bed.
If I didn't eat today (at 6:00pm) the last time I would have ate would have been 3:00 pm. And the next time I would ate would be the next day at brakefast, 19 hours later, at 10:00.
 
You can eat no matter what and thats fine. If your full or mildely hungry and your afraid if you don't eat thein, thein you will before you go to bed ? Thien eat. Its fine. And it should stretch out your stomach slowly allowing you to eat more wich seems like a good idea since Iono HOW 1,500 calories per day is healthy i'd say minimum 2000 but thien again we dont know your bf% or your BMI or anything.
 
The problem with myself is I cannot even eat a sandwich before I am full, but naturally I get hungry later... :(
 
How often excactly do you get hungry ? If its like CONSTANTLY you could just eat half sandwiches and eat like 10 times a day lol. I suggest you just shuvle down that sandwich like it or not. Even if you feal sick your not actaully gonna puke from it you'll just feal like it.
