I am 18 years old and a freshman in college. I will be joining a gym near me soon to get in shape. My whole life, I barely got any exercise and around 8th grade...I got my own pc and then I REALLY stopped moving. To my surprise, im not realy fat, but recently, my body has been giving up and flab is building up. I will have 4 days available to go to the gym every week. I dont really want to become super huge, just fit, and ripped. What type of supplements should I take? What should I eat? Should I run, lift weights or what? Are there some good guides online for this? thanks.
