Sport Not sure how my diet should be...

Sport Fitness
Ok, well, I'm new to the forum, and also new to fitness... Haha

To make a long story short, I'm a stick figure, 16 years old, and want to get as much results in a month as possible, because I want to try to impress a girl at my church who's possibly out of my league, and there's a pool party in a month, and I want to look as good as possible :p Anyone who's looking to say "Well, looks aren't everything, girls like personality", I know ;) But they certainly don't hurt, and good looks do boost confidence, and I won't look as bad without a shirt if I work on things.

I'm 16 years old, and I weigh 123 lbs. I'm 5'7", and my BMI is 19.3. I have virtually no muscle, and am looking to get as best as I can. I know not a lot can be accomplished in a month, but obviously with some help, I can make the most of the time.

I know high protein is important, but I don't know if at my weight I should be eating lots of calories, low fat, somewhat high fat (to gain weight), or what. Basically I know nothing about what I should be eating for the best results in my situation. I'll eat just about anything, but please no vegetables if possible... Lmao

If anyone wants to share any ideas/suggestions for my general working out as well, here's a bit of info about what I have access to, and my body's capabilities.

Things I have access to:
Cross-Country Ski Machine
Ab Slide
No weights :(

Known capabilities (last time I tried to work out):
Pull-ups: 0 (Haha)
Push-ups: 2 sets of 15
Calf-Raises: 2 sets of 75, on floor, not raised surface such as stairs for full range. No access to anything like that.
Ab Slide: Limit is unknown... I stretch out all the way, and the limit isn't weakness in the abdomen, but loss of breath and shoulder weakness. May have to go to crunches?

Goals:
-- As best of 6-pack as possible. Obviously will be some basic definition at best within the month.
-- As best of chest as possible... Used to be about 15lbs overweight and lost it, now my chest wiggles :( Gotta firm that up as tight as possible, and need to know if aside from pushups, if anything can be done.
-- As best of arms as possible... Triceps will obviously be focused on with the push-ups... Looking for a way to help the biceps without any weights... I'm doubting my gallon of milk will do enough either.

Basically, I have little resources, little time, and little experience (and a little body, haha). However, any advice to help me make the best out of my situation would be extremely appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

well you need a clean diet, and I would suggest joining a gym. You arent going to see results without weights, you need to squat, deadlift, bench, compound lifts such as those..
also one month you wont see ANY results worth mentioning, but it will be a start. post up a sample diet, and we will critque it.
Also- you HAVE to have fruits and veggies, these are essential for any healthy diet, its rediculous to not eat these...is there a reason you dont want them!?

They suck :p Lmao... However, I'm willing to eat them if it's completely necessary.

As for the sample diet, my diet fluxuates too much... Not being the owner of the household, I don't control what gets bought at the store, so basically I need to know what things I should be attempting to get into my diet (and out of it), by reading nutritional info on the food.

As for joining a gym, obviously I would if I could, but I'm 16, have no car, no money, and my parents wouldn't approve of me using free weights, or even the machines.

That's why we pretty much just have a cardio machine, and the ab slide I only have to use because my sister bought it and moved away.

So basically I just need to know if there's any non-equipment exercises I can do for best results, and the things such as protein that I should get into my diet, and if there's anything I should avoid at all costs.

you wont see any GREAT gains without weights...however.

Avoid-
soda, fast food, chips...you know junk.
white breads, white rice/noodles.
crappy cereals...

Eat-
VEGGIES AND FRUITS IN THE TRUCK FULL. Down veggies until you die. I dont want to hear that they are "icky".....there are so many different veggies, there has to be one out there you like.
Cottage Cheese- good source of protein, however without lifting, you dont need a surplus of protein
Lean meats- chicken, turkey, tuna, etc.
whole grains- oatmeal, whole wheat bread.. whole wheat noodles, whole wheat stuff.
Egg Whites- have like 5 or 6 egg whites mixed with a yolk, therefore it looks like your normal scrambled eggs, but is less fattening.

Ok, well I'll do my best to follow those general diet instructions.

However, I'm still going into all this mostly blind, so if anyone else has any more suggestions, especially for the best non-equipment workouts to do as a fitness rookie, please let me know.

Thanks.
