Not really fat, just a stomach that I can't flatten

My entire body is on the smaller side except for my stomach/chest area which is really just mostly fat, but in terms of weight I'm very light. I'd like to work this off doing whatever possible and whatever will take the quickest.

Unfortunately I don't really have access to a gym so any ideas for excersizes at home/different eating habits would be great.

Just wanted to add in that to lose fat from a particular area requires an overall body fat reduction. To reduce overall body fat- you need a great menu and workout plan.

I regularly post 5 tips to fat loss on these forums. I believe it's in the thread Theleip posted above too.
