not really day one... but im stuck

welcome kateedid. the biggest things is don't except big things in the beginning. drink alot of water, cut your portions in half, keep telling yourself you can do it. and exercise. we are all here to lend and ear and some advice so shout and let us know how we can help.
 
ive already lost around 35 pounds, but i could lose about ten or fifteen more
i just want to get in shape, i have never really been a healthy weight before. i was just trying to eat healthier and keep it under a certain amount of calories but i found out that wasnt working so i started eating more calories. however, i still must not be doing something right because im developing blood sugar problems and having hypoglycemic spells.
 
It might help others give advice (and would be good for you too!) if you started a diary, keeping track of everything you eat each day, and what you do for exercise. Sometimes it helps just to see it in black and white.:)
