not putting on weight whiel quit smoking

i want to try and start a club for people who are trying to quite smoking without putting on weight.

my friends were talking about there great success at quitting smoking so i thought why not give it a try, so i`ve threw out the rest of my smokes and have started the jurney to quitting smoking.

is there anyone else out there in my boat?

I'm a smoker and have tried plenty of times to quit Never works out! How are you getting on?
