Not making it to 1200 calories a day

Alright, so the issue seems to always be for us that we have to eat at very least 1200 calories a day. But what if by chance you're just not hungry enough to eat that much (you're not sick,or depressed either, just a normal day). Do you force yourself to eat it anyways? or do you just take a day off without proper calories.

I'm not having any problems meeting that caloric intake or anything, but I'm just wondering.

It depends... some days I make myself hit the calorie goals, but those would be days when I am hungry but just dont feel like eating. If I had a large day prior, you know, family get together or something, the next day I'm not always as hungry and don't worry too much about it. If I'm not hungry for a few days in a row and have low calories, I would probably try to get in at least a few extra by eating a bunch of peanuts. Sundays are my big days, because we eat out on Sunday for lunch. So Monday, I dont worry so much.

I have had past issues with not eating much. And I know that if I don't eat much for a few days in a row, I will not feel as hungry after the first day or two. If I feel that I'm slipping into that pattern, I would definitely force myself to get in more calories.

Eating too little is never my problem. I can eat when I'm not hungry, lol. That's why I'm counting calories in the first place, to make sure I don't eat to much... using hunger as a guide doesn't always work.
