Hi, so I'm trying to lose weight. Not much, just trying to tighten up my body. I'm a girl btw.
So I kind of started today and I ate healthy the whole day, I didn't eat a single bad thing and I exercised, but I weigh more than I did in the morning.
(It's late in the evening here right now). Can someone explain that to me? I wouldn't know what I did wrong.
