thanks for everyone's help!

i have another question, since i started to work out, i've been losing a little bit a weight. it's finally showing but mainly on the lower body (like legs and thighs), so pants are fitting a lil better but as for the top. (stomach and breast) there seems to be no fat loss at all =/ it's still the same, and sometimes even feel like there's more. does anyone know how to get rid of the upper body fat? ( i heard it was genetics, but how am i suppose to overcome that?)

thank you everyone

you dont overcome it.

Different people lose in different places @ different speeds.

Just be patient, thats my advice. When there isnt any fat on your lower body to feed off of then your will havto start losing from the top right. Workout hard, diet perfect, and all the weight will go bye bye.

Vince is right, it is genetics and it cant be overcome, the only way to change anything is to eat righ and exercise, genes will still be a factor in where you loose the most fat, but youll be healthier and thats always good :)
