not losing any

Hello I am 148 lbs and I am not losing any weight. I have lost like 4 pounds in a month but this month the scale is not moving. It is so frustrating. I am eating about 1500 calories a day and working out 6 days a week for about 35 minutes of elliptical, I also do weight training and am in spinning classes three times a week.
Please help
 
How tall are you?
How much weight are you trying to lose?
What do you eat?

Need more info to try to help.
