Not in proportion?!

Im blessed with a fast metabolism lol so i dont gain weight too easily, HOWEVER I can lose it quick, which isnt as good as it sounds. I think women need and should have curves..so thats my view lol.
BUT, i was recently very sick which caused me to lose my appetite and i lost alot of weight, which bothers me alot. I dont fit right into my clothes and i dont feel as confident. Ive also noticed that my hips arent as proportionate anymore...weird i know haha...but it seems that one side is slightly bigger than the other side (this only happend after the quick weight loss).

Now how do i even it out (if its possible). Is there certain workouts i should do to the smaller side to increase the size to even out to the larger side?

ps: also if anyone has heard of such things, can u plz explain how that can occur? THANKU :D

No idea. You can do excercises for your hips/glutes but it will be unlikely to build one side without the other. Increase your calories so you get back to the size you prefer? How's your diet?

Thanx for ur reply.
my diets not quite to the way it was just yet...but my appetite is increasing (and i was a BIG eater lol) so i know im getting there soon. I was thinking of hitting the gym and doing alot of lower body workouts, to speed up the gain, should i take whey protein while working out?
also...what is the best time 2 tak eit, before or after the work out?

I noticed about a year ago that my right butt cheek is much bigger than my left... nobody's ever noticed it before, but it is quite different. further inspection into photos of me in my swimsuit led me to realize that my right shoulder was much lower than my left. which led me to realize that i have a tendency to always put my weight on my right leg, causing the muscle to be that much bigger! i do have slight scoliosis (the doctors told me not to worry about it) which is the problem. perhaps you have the same conditon?! the weight loss probably just burned off the fat on top of your muscle and emphasized the difference in size. try to notice if you tend to stand on your bigger side more, and if so, make a conscious effort to stand on the other leg. Try doing twice as many squats (or whatever leg workouts you do) on your smaller side so it can catch up!

protein def helps build muscle. i prefer soy, but whey is also very good! take right after to rebuild your muscles!

Hmm..chanel now that u mentioned it. I did notice something like that a while ago. My whole right leg is slightly smaller than the left one. So u suggest that i'd do heavier weights on the right leg? OR more reps on the right leg?
