Ok, here's a strange one for me. Usually right after I work out, I'm not hungry. I've been told that it's good to eat something like a banana right after working out, and it doesn't seem like a bad idea even thought I don't understand why.
Now, I'm just not hungry after that. It's dinner time, maybe even a bit after, and I'm just not hungry. Should I just skip dinner and call it a night eating wise, or make something and eat it just to keep my calories up for the day. I'm pretty low today, calorie wise, and I know that I'll be higher tomorrow, so my instinct is telling me to skip it and have a good breakfast when I wake up. Then again, following my instincts has put way too much fat on my body.
