Not Healthy to Healthy.

I lost all my weight by eating 1 meal a day, low calories, and going to the gym.
It's not healthy for me to be doing this because I'm not nearly eating as much calories as I need..seeing that I'm only 14 years old and still growing.

I want to start eating healthy again, but I'm afraid that I'm going to gain alllllllllllllll that weight back.

So how can I get back on track to a healthy, lifetime plan without gaining weight?

Just start eating 5 small meals a day (like 1500 calories) high in portein, work out, and drink lots of water, you can't gain fat that way.

the best way to get started is just that: get started. slowly work your way into more meals over time. get a good list of foods and begin planning your meals.

Keep one thing in mind as well, if you let your mind convince you that you will gain weight by eating more, you won't get very far.

Do what the other guys said, and remember that being underweight and eating as little as you do...is NOT healthy.
