Not getting the right look.

Hey guys, I'm sixteen and need a little help with getting certain muscles up to par. I used to work out quite a bit and hardly do now, but I've got more free time recently and would like to start back up. The first problem I want to solve is my pecs. I have no idea what excercises I should be doing to get them to look right, I guess naturally they're pronounced and I would like them to be more defined and looking like pecs that someone who goes to the gym often but not a bodybuilder has. The second thing is my abs, I only did sit up and nothing to work my obliques. I achieved a six pack, but the muscles weren't very pronounced and didn't look like most other peoples. My bicepts are not quite right either, since I only have a basic weight bench with curl unit, I don't think I worked my whole arm, and the bicepts are just a big ball with nothing much around them. The final issue is my back, I would like to get much more muscle there, but again I don't know the right excercises. What should I be eating to get things moving again and how often should I be working out?The help would be greatly appreciated.
