not getting sore...

I was just wondering if there's something wrong with the way I'm training..

I do about three sets of twelve reps,
and I make sure that the weight is heavy enough so that I can only complete twelve reps in each set, sometimes only 8 or 9.

But, for some reason I'm not getting sore anymore. I've only gotten sore the first couple of times I worked out, and after that- nothing.

I haven't changed my form, diet, etc...

what's up with that?

Soreness is not an indicator of a good workout. As long as you know you busted your ass, you dont *have* to be sore to know you did well.

Now if you are not getting results over time, that's the real issue.

I agree with markmy words. While I always like to be sore the day after a workout, it is not necessary.

I do notice that when I perform high rep work (12 - 15) I almost never feel sore, however when I perform low rep work (5 - 8) i tend to be more sore.

Also, if you're not getting sore "anymore", but this workout has made you sore in the past it is likely that your body has adjusted to, and stopped responding to, the workout. Time to change it up.

Changing up a workout can be as easy as more or less (i tihnk you should do less) repetitions with a changei n weight. You can also change excersizes around for instance, bench press can be changed to chest press. Doing the excersizes in a different order can also help. It doesn't take much.
