not enought calories, what should i do.

I use this website to keep track of my calories and protein, carb, fat intake, but it seems that I'm not getting enough calories.

and it totals 877 calories, I dont know if thats write. What else should I eat to up my calorie count. Thats prolly why I'm not getting big, but I dont really know what foods I can eat to get more calories.

i think thats a lot of food, but not enough cals. Its a lot of protein, which is what I want, but how do you get both. How do you get a lot of calories and protein. My job requires me to lift and walk all day which burns a lot of calories.
 
for foods that arent already on fitday you needd to create them as a custom food and enter all the info from the nutrition label.

but yeah, 877 is nowhere near enough cals to grow! i would eat all what you re eating for one meal and a couple of snacks, and i have 3 meals and 4 snacks a day and hit an average of 2570 cals, but Im aiming for 3000 cals a day.

you just need more! i you usually have a cup of oats for breakfast, have 2 cups with milk and a piece of fruit. Or 3 eggs on 2 toasts and orage juice and a protein shake.
 
yea, something has to be wrong.

for example before bed i do a protein pudding from this

milk 80
jello 35
peanut butter 210
cottag cheese 90

and thats 415 calories in that one meal alone
 
it sounds like it but its not although taste is a personal preference. it looks like chocolate pudding and all you taste is the peanut butter and the splenda.
 
my mid morning snack is tuna/cottage cheese/walnuts

my mid afternoon snack is chicken/fiber one/banana/half of homemade gainer
 
my snacks are any easy to eat food I can get my hands on - banana, yoghurt, can of tuna, toast, nuts..whatever is there at the time (i dont plan my diet)
