Not Digesting Right

People mostly say it's bad to have late night snacks because you will just sleep on those calories and won't burn many of them.

And I'm not sure what you're asking, if you woke at 7am and ate at 8pm or 9pm??

do you work third shift or something? I don't get it. Are you taking a nap or something? It will digest right but as a rule of thumb you don't want to eat 3 hours before you go to bed and your last meal should be low in carbs and high in protein.

It depends on what you are eating before bed. A cup of hot cocoa is not bad. A plate of spaghetti is not optimal. Nutritionists (and I am one) agree that something small before bed helps regulate your glucose levels through the night and places less stress on your liver.

Again, this isn't a "eat whatever whenever" post. But eating something small will not hurt you.
