I just wanted to say that I CANT STAND not being able to spot reduce, althought i lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks I still think it's the worst thing ever. I just wanted to say that before I went off to school. Thanks :p
 
it would be kinda wonderful if you could just smack up a few crunches a day and get a 6 pack in a month, wouldnt it? :p
 
I've got a shop vac and an exacto knife...we 'could' spot reduce, but you can't hold me liable for a bad liposuction job, or any infections you might get.

HAHA, I could just picture you with a crazed look in your eye holding a knife and a vac hose yelling "So you want to spot reduce?! I'll give ya spot reduce!"
