I have found that not all weight loss programs work for everyone. The key to any program is consistency. I have not been consistent in the past. It is a lifestyle change which includes our mindset and emotional relationship with food. I know from experience that I am a stress eater, so I make sure not to have any junk food in the house. I substitute chips with kale chips, which are easy to make and healthier. I am currently on a lifestyle change program, which includes eating healthy foods, as well as taking nutritional products, such as Levive Red and Levive Slim. These are nutritional products that contain fruits (Acai berry, pomegranate, noni, goji berry and mangosteen) high in antioxidants. The Levive Slim has an additional ingredient called Garcina Cambogia; it is an appetite suppressant. I love it.
I also wear a body magic (a reshaping garment) which gives me the immediate gratification of weightloss. It smooths out those unwanted areas. It keeps me motivated to stay on track. The garment also prevents me from overeating. I don't have the time to go exercise, so it helps my body burn fat when I am going about my day.
My advice is to find a program that works for you, but also work on your mindset about food and be consistent.
