I've been a part of this forum since early 2008, and I really believe that this site has helped me lose my 70 pounds. I had a diary a long time ago, but when I reached my goal, I quit making entries. Now, I'm back with a new goal, and I'm making a new diary!
As we all know, Summer is quickly approaching, and I'm not exactly in bikini shape. My goal is to lose another 10-15 pounds, and get toned up by the end of July. I'll be going on vacation in Myrtle Beach later this year, and I want to be able to wear a bikini while I'm out there! I know I can do it.
Wearing a bikini is something I've never been able to do. I've always had something skirted, or a once piece. Well, not anymore. It's time to get in shape!
I'll be eating 1,200-1,400 calories a day. Lot's and lot's of fruit, and lot's and lot's of protein. I'll also be using Jillian's 30-day shred, as well as other videos. I'll still be using my stationary bike, though. Basically, I'll be exercising a WHOLE lot.
I'll be making entries at least once a week. I could end up making entries everyday, though! Who knows.
I'll be back to make my first entry. Yay, I'm so excited!
