Actually I thought that I weighed 82kg but wen I bought a new scale and measured myself it showed 86kg . I wanted to know how long should it take me to loose my weight with the current diet and exercise. Also wanted to know if it would be a good idea to replace jogging with aerobics.....Also how long will the loss in weight be displayed on the weighing scale.
Advice me guys....
