Hello from Minneapolis!
I just decided that I was going to really lose weight. I've done it before but I really want it to stick this time. I go to college full-time so I have a hard time keeping a routine. But I'll be 30 this year and I want to have a Breast Reduction (I'm a 42 J) so it is time to take control of my weight.
I'm hoping to get to know a lot of people on this forum and find ways to keep myself on track. I haven't even really started. I made a commitment to myself at the beginning of the year to eat healthier. I have started but they are baby steps. There is not a lot of healthy food on campus!
I also need to find an exercise I enjoy and can stick with. I hate exercising but I think if I find something I enjoy, maybe I can keep it up. Even in the cold dark sub-zero winter nights.
Anyways, glad to meet everyone and look forward to the discussions.
