Just wanted to introduce myself and give up a little info. My name is Ray I'm 36 6'2" 225lbs trying to get down to 180-190ish, i didn't realize I was overweight but this D$#N turkey neck and waistline says otherwise.
I began weight training about a year ago and then the gym I was going to closed.
Anyways, I've decided to drop my caloric intake and gradually get more exercise. Seems to be working so far, just got to stick to it, that's mainly why I'm here. I just need a little inspiration from the forum as well as a good kick in the arse
As I checked out the before and afters of some of you it's truly inspiring to say the least.
