After lurking these boards for the past couple of days, I have decided to join this great community. Wonderful advice and the training tips by fellow members are great. It's a very encouraging community.
Male, 5'10'', 170lbs exact....I use to train and my body is lacking muscle and muscle became FAT
....My goal is to get down to 165lbs and start bulking up. Any advice?....Or should I just skip the weight loss plan and try to bulk and eventually the cardio's in my workout will balance that part out?
I will start my full body routine but if there are new methods and ways of attacking my problem, I will take the advice....thanks in advance...
