NOOb here....Hello everybody....

After lurking these boards for the past couple of days, I have decided to join this great community. Wonderful advice and the training tips by fellow members are great. It's a very encouraging community.

Male, 5'10'', 170lbs exact....I use to train and my body is lacking muscle and muscle became FAT:D....My goal is to get down to 165lbs and start bulking up. Any advice?....Or should I just skip the weight loss plan and try to bulk and eventually the cardio's in my workout will balance that part out?

I will start my full body routine but if there are new methods and ways of attacking my problem, I will take the advice....thanks in advance...

Welcome to the site :) Do you know what your body fat is atm? And how old are you?

It's been years since I checked my bodyfat. I pretty lean but the muscle I has become flab. Pretty much look like an offseason BB.

The last time I worked out seriously was when "creatine" was the magic powder. Can I ask avid lifters in here if that is still safe to consume or has it hit "banning stage" like "andro"

Creatine is found in various meats we consume, like steaks, etc.

It is a necessary thing for the body to utilize and break down for use in the muscles. (without getting technical).

Creatine is generally safe, but does cause some bloating, and gas in some persons. It also requires a fair amount of water, and is sometimes difficult for the body to digest large quanitities, dependant on how much your taking and the brand.

You may want to try Creatine (ester) and google it and read on it. It doesnt have the side effects of gas and bloating some persons get. It is easier to digest, and doesnt require as much water assocation. Though creatine and its broken down components, do require a bit of water to get shuttled in the necessary areas of the muscle.
