Noob about to bore you to death...

Ok so as i have put a post up in the newbies section i though i would talk about why i am the size i am. (If this is on the wrong place feel free to move :D )

3 Years ago i was ov average weight and then i met my boyfriend. All we ever did was eat fast food. Slowly i have ballooned up to the 231 pounds i am now.

I am very unhappy with it and thats why i am determined to get the weight off. I hate shopping, I wear huge clothes, My Stops me doing alot of things.

I need to have a look at a target weight to work to.

Seems hard at the moment!

Don't be so hard on yourself. Just set a clear goal and work hard to get there. Its all up to you. The more you persevere, the better the results.

Stick around here! There is all kinds of support here. I would start with counting your calories with a website like fitday. That helps to realize what you are putting into your body. Drink lots and lots of water!. Snoop around on this site, there is TONS of info here! Join a challenge, they are very motivating! Good luck!
