So yeah.... guess this is my hello...

I'm Sylvia been on a weight-loss journey for about a year now, I lost 20 pounds in 2 months and have since been up and down between dropping out of my routine to staying consistent for a month and dropping back into my bad habits. I have now set myself a rigid 3 month goal. I hope to lose 30 pounds in 3 months which is healthy if I stay on track for 3-2 pounds every week.... I have now been back on route for the past week. I've been hitting the gym everyday since Monday. YEY! So yesem, I'm hoping to get this thing happening! :)
