I did my degree in HEALTH/FITNESS SPECIALIST but I can't control my cravings. I workout eat healthy 3 days and then pig out on pizza.:banghead:

I can't lose weight like this.
 
It sounds to me like you need a plan regarding food. Sometimes having that plan out where you can see it (on the refrigerator) will sometimes keep you on track and avoid those not so great food choices.

With the degree you have you know that exercise has to be part of the equation as well.

Set a food plan, and keep track (such as using Fit Day dot com).
 
Have you tried eating several small meals a day to keep your cravings down. Drinking lots of water has helped me too. Hopefully it all works out for you. :)

I'm pretty much the same way, I'll do very well excercing and eating well for about 2-3wks then something will trigger a craving for something fatty and even though I'll say I'll just have a bit to satisfy the craving, it's like all over after that! So I feel your pain.
 
I am ENDOMORPHIC I am eating 200g of protein and 100g of carbs. I am fuc*ing tired of eating meat all the time and lots of it to get 200g of protein per day. How in the hell all these people on here eat so much meat day after day and not get the sickest feeling from the meat? I am just tired of it.
