No Time

I want to lose weight, and at the same time I want to get cut and show my six pack. Some people say do cardio in the morning, some people say don't do cardio at all. I been told to do weight only. I also heard to rest two days a week to rest, and rest a whole week after 6-8 weeks of a routin. I also heard of eating 6-maels a day. I heard that if you workout more than 45 min. a day you are waisting your time. My question is, does anyone have a good routin that I can follow, or at least how many set per day. and also, does anyone have a sample diet that works?

I want to get fit so bad, but I don't seem to be making any progress, thanks for any responce in advance.
 
Weight train a few days a week, like 2 in your case. Do cardio the other 4, and rest one day a week. Change your diet by taking out things like soda and fast food. Drink more water, and eat like 5 smaller meals a day rather than 3 big ones.

Having your abs look defined doesn't mean you have to have strong abs at all. It simply means you have low bodyfat in your midsection area.

If you only lift, you'll build muscle underneath the fat.
