Hey all, I am new to the boards and I have been reading up on the very interesting information to help me jumpstart my muscle building campaign. I see the following trend in every post resembling something near intelligent life:
Eat 5-6 times a day
Work out 4-5 times a week/alternate body parts of focus
Eat high protein, low fat (not no fat)
And read some stupid book
Here are my stats:
Male
5'10"
135-140lbs
9% BF
I can't bench crap-maybe 75lbs
I have a very skinny frame and I would not only like to add muscle, but bulk up all together.
Now here is my dilema:
I have a VERY demanding schedule. I get up at 6 to be at school and I go from school (12pm) to work till 8pm. My time for lunch is non-existent. I need something I can eat in the car, that's non-perishable. I do not have time (or energy for that matter) to jump in the car again and drive to the gym for an hour or two to work out after work. I do not have time to eat 5-6 meals/day.
Here is what I would like from you all:
Suggestions on what 2-4 meals per day should consist of. (I can carry nothing parishable with me from 6-8). I would like to know what I CAN do with the time I have, because 5-6 meals won't work.
Also, I would like some input on an at home workout regimine. I am willing to go grocery shopping for new weights, elastic thingys, etc...I might be able to make it to the gym 1 time a week on saturdays. Also, I do like to run at night and I am fairly good at it (6'30"-6'45"/mile). I normally do 3-5 miles at a time.
Thanks for the help everyone!
