Since I joined this forum, two weeks ago, I stepped up my workouts and eating habits. I lift hard on M/W/F and HIIT for 30 minutes on T/TH/SAT.
For the first time ever, I eat small healthy protein-rich meals 7 times a day.
I know only two weeks have past, but I really feel like im getting results. My stomach and arms look a bit toner and my belt lost another notch. However, I see no results on a scale. I weigh myself every sunday morning and it always reads ~150.
Is it possible that I am losing fat and gaining muscle at the same rate as to keep me the around the same weight?
