Hi everyone,

I am Jenny, newly joint this forum in hope to share with us all my experiences in weight loss success and daily continuous efforts to become healthier and more beautiful from inside to the outside.

I am a mother of two (8 and 10) and had been struggled to lose weight after my second childbirth. I am now successfully lost the extra weight and aiming to lose some weight/fat at the places that I don't want them to be. Though I am perceived as a very slim person now, I am a believer that no matter how beautiful, slim or toned you look, continue keeping in shape and be healthier will help to sustain or beautify more your body and mind.

My story.

8 years ago, I was taking one year maternity leave and my lifestyle had to accommodate our family circumstances. Waking up fixing a quick breakfast, driving my children to schools, rushing to get some foods and cooking for lunch, fetching children from school, lunch, washing up, cooking dinner, bath time, children to bed. All the 'chores' done, then.......... I'd bring in the dry laundry, sitting on my sofa, folding them and watching T.V which played most of the time drama series or reality shows that never ended, having apple, biscuits, cheese and chocolate as snack while potatoes-ing on the couch.

This lifestyle plus the baby fat that wasn't paid any efforts to lose, I was always looking 5 months pregnant until 2 years after resuming to work.

Today 5 years after successfully getting rid of the big muffin stomach and the 5 months pregnant look postnatal of my second child, I am looking slim and my health is at its best.

My secret is..... healthy & moderate eating balanced diet (my way! I still can enjoy chocolate and English breakfast with sugar if I want) + Patient & persistent & consistent of 10-30' of exercise every other days or at least 2 days a week + My secret home made ginger turmeric lemon tea.

I don't touch soft drinks, they are simply too sweet and without any benefit.

I have no stress or ever craving for anything because of my choice of foods or drinks. I had been feeling suffering in the past carving for sweet things or fattening foods, but I am no longer depending on those moods...

Sharing soon with you the tips that I think will be helpful for us all, even if you insist you'd have a coke or a piece of cake, there is a way to compensate that. Cheers.

Thanks for sharing your experience and I must say you look so perfect. My wife too has just started her weight loss journey and right now her main focus is healthy and moderated diet.
