No pain.

Ive been lifting for a week now ( not that long ) every other day exept i skip 1 day and give a 2 days rest so i can still keep on track of my lift days. Now the only part isi m not feeling it no more.. Shouldi work harder? Longer?? Help please tahnks
 
Keep going with the routine, as long as it is a good workout, just remember that soreness is not a good indicator of a good workout.
