No One Knows' Log

first off i wanna say merry christmas to everyone. i figured id make a log so i could have an easier time keeping track of anything and if i was doing something wrong i could be corrected instead of keep on with it. im currently cutting i started at 190 and my bodies adjusted to cutting and i am at about 181-182. christmas break has been hard to keep on the diet but ive been trying. today was my birthday as well so i had to have a peice of cake haha. but other than that today ive had wheat rolls and turkey and corn and green beans for christmas meal and plenty of water
 
today i started off by waking up and going to the gym. did some HIIT today and gonna lift tomorrow.

so far ive eaten some cheerios when i woke up, and had some turkey and corn and an orange after i went to the gym. been drinking plenty of water too. weighed myself this morning and i weighed 181 so i didnt regress too badly.
 
bah ive gotten off track again...not really my fault tho...between me not having a license and having a job now and working all the time its really difficult to find time to go to the gym and eat right..my job is really fast paced so it doesnt leave very much time for eating...i really really wanna stay dedicated..this isnt a new years resolution (dont beleive in those)..but i was so happy with the progress ive made and i dont want to lose it...im going to start using my fitday again and school starts back tomorrow so my eating will get back on track a little bit...my diet will looks something like this

breakfast- oatmeal, egg whites

snack at school - protein powder w/ water

after school- tuna on whole wheat bread with romaine lettuce

workout (hopefully)

dinner-a few boneless skinless tenderloins cut up and put into salad with romaine lettuce and carrots (italian dressing maybe)

after dinner snack - turkey sandwitch (maybe) on whole wheat bread

pre bed snack - protein shake made with skim milk and blueberries w/ half a banana

and my work out plan is

m- full body lifting
t- HIIT
w-full body lifting
th-HIIT
f- full body lifting
s-off
su-off

any feedback/suggestions would be appreciated!
 
really hurst to type with the finger problem. went to the gym today and did some HIIT...dunno when ill be able to lift again..and its off to work here soon..blah ill write more later
 
finger feelin a little better..but my stomach hurt when i woke up so i havent eaten much..cheerios for breakfast...school lunch (bad i know)..half a piece of pizza..ive just f*cked up today..ill get back on track tomorrow but dammit i have work..hard to eat at all at work..workin saturday and sunday too 8 hour shifts on both so thatll make it difficult as well..any suggestions?
