No Motivation

I have always been healthy and fit, but all of the sudden I'm gaining weight like crazy. It is really bothering me, but I'm still lacking the motivation to do what I need to. I'm gone all day and snack at work and school and then get home and am too tired to exercise. Any suggestions?
 
maybe you could try exercising in the morning when you get up,set the clock earlier and get some sort of cardio in. as for snacks during the day try and bring some healthy ones with you,like fruit or yogourt something like that.drinking lots of water,it really does help. :)

my snacks are usually a protein shake and a fruit. fruit is great because alot of them like apples and bananas are very portable.low fat yogourt is good,trans free granola bars,small helping of nuts like raw almonds or walnuts(i say small bc they have a higher fat content but they're good fats that we need)1% cottage cheese is one of my faves.veggies and a low fat dip(or hummus)they are alot of healthy options out there it depends on what you like.drink lots of water(i try to go past 4L every day)cut out the sugary stuff and white processed stuff(like white breads), add more whole grains to your diet,they're good for you and full of fibre(that can help keep you fuller longer)
