I'm here for support and inspiration. I'm no newcomer to trying to lose weight: I lost 23 pounds two years ago and got down to 140. Then I hit a plateau and lost my willpower. Slowly, I began to put it back on and two years on I'm the 151/2 pounds I am today. I was aiming for 130 back then and I'm hoping to achieve it this time!
