Sport No Idea Where My Diet Should Be

Like the title says I have no idea where I should be with a diet or things like that. I always relied on my fast metabolism to burn fat and keep me thin. The past year I have basically at work and at school non stop so no excercise and fast food 4 days a week caught up to me.

Here lies my situation. 6'2" 175 lbs 16.5% BF, by most Im considered slightly underweight. BUT I have gotten the spare tire around my mid section not really big but to where you can see it in anything I wear.

I guess what I am looking for is a way to keep my weight or even gain a little weight but lose the fat. I used to be a runner and when I was in shape (still had a little belly) I was around 160lbs so I do not want to drop that low. So I get confused when I see that you cant lose fat and gain muscle type of things on here. Any help would be appreciated.
 
sounds like its just ur diet that u need to change around, perhaps do a little running. Your not over weight , so it wont take long to slim back down. Just lay off the fast food, and eat healthier things. Eat 6 small meals a day, keeps ur metabolism up, so u can burn fat easier. Stick to eating , lean meats, chickens,fishes,tunas, oatmeal, veggies, fruits, etc
and do some cardio 3 times a week, and u should be good in no time! , GOOD LUCK!:)
