Firstly, I am 24, from Phoenix Arizona, and I've never been thin. EVER!
I'd guess I'd consider myself "alternative." However, weight loss cares not on how you look on the outside.
I'm pretty familiar with forums and message boards from my car activities and I think this diary idea is great so I plan on joining and expressing my trials and tribulations.
Its Monday July 21, 2008
-I am 222lbs, 5'11.
I love to be 190lbs. I have no time frame to reach this goal. I find that the time goal usually puts too much stress on my excerise and diet routine and I end up failing. I'm going to try to make a lifestyle change this time. Be healthy and excerise as much as I can!
Right now I'm doing 45minutes of cardio on a treadmill 3 days a day. M, W, F
on T, TH, I am doing strength training just using free weights and a blow up rubber ball thing.
I'm focusing on counting calories and really focusing on portion control, no fried foods, fruit instead of french fries, grilled instead of fried.
I'm actually on my 3rd week of my regiment and I havent lost any weight yet but I'm beginning to see results in my stomach and waist. I'm definately feeling wayy more engergitic and stuff.
Anyways thats my start! Be gone fat be gone!

I've tried brushing my teeth before I go to bed and drinking lots of water before bed. Just that little snack helps me get to sleep so much easier!
