No Fats pre workout?

So eating fats PWO is a no go but can fats(flax oil for me) be consumed pre-workout? If not, how long before workout at the least should I not consume any fats?
 
I would try and avoid fat an hour before a workout, that way when your insulin spikes you avoid just storing it.
 
I see, the reason I ask is that once a week, I workout in the morning instead of the afternoon and that's the day my workout begins after breakfast which is when I usually take my multi & flax oil. I was curious if that had any effect but it's always at least 1 hour before my workout anyway because I didn't want to get indigestion and wait a bit. Thanks for the heads up.
 
No problem, I actually noticed a little difference when I made a point to separate my fats and carbs. Helped me stay lean with more calories.
