I just got back from a friends place where I spent about 1-2 hours playing the Boxing portion of Wii Sports for Nintendo's new console. WOW... if you play serious, you really sweat after 30 mins. I must've involuntarily burned at least a few hundred calories as I constantly threw out jabs uppercuts and swinging my hips left and right to dodge blows. Since I was the only one who works out in the group of folks who were there, I had the endurance to stay up long as I battled opponent after opponend but my friends... they were dead tired and burned out after a couple of rounds. I'm not qualified to make reccomendations for weight loss but I gotta say, if you're into playing games and working out, get a Wii and play boxing.
