Hi - I'm new here, but not new to trying to lose weight. I'm trying to drop 15 pounds, and I just feel stuck. I count calories, run 4 miles 5 times a week, no fast food, lots of water.....I am so frustrated. I'm five feet and weigh 122. I want to get down to 105, which just doesn't seem to be happening. Help!!!
 
spend some time reading the stickied threads... there's a lot of good info you definitelty need

make sure you're keeping track of all your calories and have learned how to measure a porton size - that's generally the problem most people have.. they're underestimating calories
