Nice to join the fitnesshood

Nice to meet all of you, I'm not really new to fitness but I've always had a problem with carrying my workout plan all the way through to achieve the body I want. Are there any tips for keeping that fire in my eye burning more than 2 months? Thanks for the information and nice to join once again

Try planning back a off week every 2 months so you dont burn out. Not a week off, just a week where you dont push quite so hard. I say this cuz a lot of times people start to burn out and lose motivation.
 
Schedule a long-term goal, e.g., a bodybuilding competition, a 10K run, or a triathlon, anything that requires long-term commitment.
 
Welcome! When i start feeling unmotivated, I dive into the articles and threads in this forum or even other magazines online about fitness. It seems when I read all about it, even read people's success stories, it gets me motivated to workout.
