Hey everyone.
I'm 29 and fitness has been nearly unknown to me since elementary school. I had a yo-yo in early 2009 where I had a personal trainer for 3 months, but fell off the wagon when I went back to work in road construction.
A friend of mine helped me get motivated again last year and I took a couple months off and am now in school (apprenticeship training), and have been hitting the gym after school virtually every weekday since last Tuesday.
I don't really have a fixed diet or well structured workout plan, but what I lack in prep I make up for in effort.
I like hitting non-impact cardio machines putting dubstep in the headphones and doing 160HR cardio most right now, but it might not be the best workout plan to lose weight with.
I weight 300+ lbs.
