Getting back into shape again.

I'm 21 years old
70 kg
170cm tall
semi fit


I have started my workout again here is my schedule

Mon - Rest Day
Tues - Run 5km
Wed - Full body work out
Thurs - Run 5km
Fri - Full body workout
Sat - Rest
Sun - Rest

Full body workout consists of -

12 rep - Bench press
12 rep - Butterflies
12 rep - Tricep
12 rep - Bicep
20 rep - Crunch

And I do this routine 3 times.

Please suggest improvements I could make on this.
 
Your fullbody routine isnt much of full body. Its your chest and your biceps. Check the beginners links at the top of this subforum.
