News Flash.. Actor Kevin James Looses 43 Pounds!

I just read the following on page 32 of the December 20-26 TV Guide.

"Actor Kevin James, who stars as Doug in the hit T.V. show King of Queens, dropped 43 pounds. 38 year old James exercised 5 days a week and switched to a LOW CARB, HIGH PROTEIN diet which, he said, changed his relationship with food."

Well, I guess you can't get a better endorsement for a LOW CARB, HIGH PROTEIN diet than that.. can you!

Yeah, you sure can. Like the medical studies that have shown the same thing...

Now for the bad news. The rate of people who gain the weight right back is the same with this type of diet as with a traditional low fat diet. The only thing that can keep you thin is to make a lifestyle change. I dropped weight on Atkins, but it didn't stay gone until I made a whole life change.
