Hello everyone, newcomer here. 5'11" 265 lbs. need to lose some serious weight. Not for any other reason than I just hate the way I feel. I'm 37 and just always out of breath and feeling crappy. I also coach sports and am embarrassed that I am not a good role model fitness wise.
Funny thing is, i am constantly reading about fitness and nutrition and have helped many friends get healthy and lose weight. I have all the tools but don't make the time for myself to do it. Anyway, good luck to everyone and hope to learn a lot and have some good discussions.
