Hello all

I am 34 year old mother of a very active 4 year old. I have battled weight most od my life and wone again I am ready to get it going again.

I am going to start weight training , but I need suggests for excercise tape ideas. I need something fun so I will stick with it. I hope to loose at least 70 lbs in the end. :rolleyes:

first off, welcome to the WLF. :) Inregards to DVDs, it really depends on what you're interested in. I'm a kickboxing buff, so I really LOVE Turbo Jam. It has great music, fun moves with lots of dancing, and it'll make you sweat. There are a bunch of us on here who use Turbo Jam. If you're interested in knowing more check out their page at Good luck with your goals. Also, you may want to start a diary. It'll keep you accountable and will allow us to learn more about you. Also, making friends is a HUGE plus.

Well not starting off to well on the diet thing. I have actually gained weight this last week how depressing . Well better get to loosing .....
 
Don't frett, Janie. All you can do is brush yourself off and get back to it! Have you figured out your meal plan/ workout plan? It's easier to create a guide for yourself, so you know what to do and what to eat throughout the day. Don't give up, girl. :D
