Hi Everybody,
I've been juggling with my weight (up and down) for most of my 50 years, and now --I'm fed up, with being "fed up".
For some strange reason I feel like I have a hole in my stomach that I can not fill up. I "look" at my Pilates, Tae-Bo, and other DVD's (without doing them). I have really great Nordic Waking poles for over a year that still look new. My doctor told me I should get rid of some of "the junk in the trunk", for health reasons, and I know he is right.
I have a real motivation problem --can somebody please help me.

first off, welcome to the forum. :D Have you figured out what approach you want to take in losing weight? Most of the members here are awesome, so if you have any questions, don't be afraid to throw them out.

Oh yah... start yourself up a diary here at the forum to keep you accountable and also, to have others get to know you a bit more. Good luck!
