I am new here and I just wanted to say hello. I am 29 yrs old . I AM 5'7" and weight 177 pds. I have been on a diet for three weeks with my starting weight of 191. I diet and exercise through the week eating only 1600 calories a day. I do 25 minutes of taebo and 25 minutes of strength training. I walk one and a half miles 2 to 3 times a week. On the weekends i dont do anything. I dont diet or exercise. I know I am lazy on the weekends, but I have 2 kids. My son is 5 yrs old and my daughter is 1 yr old, so I still get exercise. I didnt mean to go on but I just wanted to share alittle information about myself.
